WHAT
As an intern with the Creative Services Department at Michigan Athletics, I created advertisements and promotional graphics for all kinds of sports and athletic events. Many graphics were featured on social media accounts for Michigan's sports teams, ranging from basketball to water polo. My goal was to create engaging images for the hundreds of thousands of loyal Michigan fans.
HOW
Key aspects of these graphics were the athletes themselves. Each project required combining their photos with creative typography and backgrounds to promote events throughout each athletic season.
WHY
With each graphic, it was important to represent Michigan Athletics in a way that reflected the program’s long history of accomplishments and national status. It was important to highlight the individual athletes that kept up that legacy and continually push out high quality, creative imagery to coincide with the fast paced dynamic of the world of college sports.
